Stoke Wellbeing Support Services
Wellbeing support services to improve your mental wellbeing and ability to cope – helping you to stay, live and feel well in Stoke on Trent. Our accredited Wellbeing Practitioner Coaches will help and support you to make small changes for better helpful thinking, to cultivate positive attitudes and explore ways to stay connected within your community.

Making Changes
Wellbeing sessions to promote more helpful thinking, healthier behaviour and to increase your coping skills; and to set goals to help you to stay, feel and live well.
Just Be – Mindful
Weekly on-line mindfulness practice as a means of coping with daily stresses and to help you to develop a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
