Wellbeing Programme

Delivered by an Open College Network accredited Wellbeing Coach, this is an in-depth psycho-educational programme that promotes a better understanding of common types of mental distress – such as stress, anxiety and depression – raising awareness of causes, treatments and methods of self-care.

Topics covered include: What is mental distress? Different types of mental distress; Get well (techniques for managing stress, anxiety and depression); Stay well, (cultivating helpful attitudes, the link between physical and mental wellbeing; being mindful).
