Protective Steps

Steps we’ve taken to protect everyone and to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus

  • All venues for PSG meetings and training sessions are subject to a full COVID-19 risk-assessment

  • Those attending face-to-face services have to pre-book a place

  • Upon booking, individuals are required to provide a full address and current telephone number
  • Individuals are asked not to attend services if they are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms

  • Changes staff wear protective visors

  • Changes staff use safe methods to collect information

 

  • All surfaces in the meeting/training room are sanitised before and after delivery

  • No refreshments are served
  • Individuals attending services are required to:

      • Undertake a temperature test, (via a ‘temperature gun’) when entering the venue
      • Wear a mask/visor at all times
      • Sanitise on entering and existing the venue
      • Sanitise before and after using the toilet facilities
      • Follow social distancing rules
      • Follow the one-way system used by the venue
