Making Changes, Improve Your Mental Fitness

Making Changes

Delivered by an Open College Network accredited Wellbeing Coach, this is a light-touch psycho-educational programme, where you can learn how making small changes can help you to stay, feel and live well.  

Topics covered include: Thinking Well: Seeing the ‘real you’ and cultivating positive attitudes; Staying Well: 5 Ways to Wellbeing, (Connect, Take Notice, Keep Learning, Be Active, Give); Feeling Well: Knowing, showing and sharing your feelings; Living Well: Staying connected – family, friends, social network, community, work. 

3 Week Themed Making Changes (Positive Mental Attitude)

This course will enable you to identify and challenge negative thought processes with tried and tested CBT techniques. Set goals to aid motivation and evaluate progress on a weekly basis.
