[Updated Tuesday 18th March at 6.00pm]
We hope you are taking care of both your physical
and mental health in these challenging times.
Our priority continues to be the health and wellbeing
of all of our service users, volunteers, and staff –
therefore, in response to the recent Government and
NHS guidance regarding the Coronavirus - and after
liaising with service users, partners and venues, from Wednesday March 18th - Changes will be closing all of
its face-to-face group and psycho-educational
programmes until further notice.
However, please be assured that Changes services will
still be available to you via on-line alternatives and telephone support.
To enable us to continue to support your recovery and wellbeing, Changes has re-trained it's staff team and
invested in state-of-the-art software to enable you to
join in on-line peer-support groups and psycho-educational programmes, ie providing a friendly and interactive environment to interact with others - that can be easily accessed via your computer, tablet or phone.
Until we are able to resume face-to-face contact, we
will also be providing necessary telephone support.
We are working hard to ensure that these on-line alternatives are available soon – online and telephone support options will gradually be added to the site -
please keep checking Changes website and social
media for updates.
In the meantime, if you require any further information
or support whilst this transition takes place – please
